Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges on nail polishes will be accepted unless faulty.

How To Return
To qualify for refund, your return must arrive at the Boutique within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 10 - 14 business days transit time.
REFUNDS
Once a return for refund has been received you will receive an email. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Your refund (minus shipping fees) will be issues to your original method of payment you used to purchase the item.
Please note it is customer's responsibility to organize secure packaging and ensure safe delivery of their items. Refunds will not be issued for the merchandise that has never arrived to us and/or became damaged during the transportation. Please use only reliable shipping services with tracking for your returns. Returns shipped without tracking will not be accepted.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping for refunds, and in the case of an exchange the cost of shipping the new item to you.
NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. The fastest way to exchange the product for a different colour or size is to simply reorder the correct product and return the one that you'd like to exchange. Once we receive your return, we will issue you refund.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
Faulty items must be reported within 7 business days following delivery. Please email us at info @ sonailiciousboutique.com to report a faulty item. Any faulty items will be replaced at no extra cost if you provide sufficient photographic evidence.
DAMAGED GOODS
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive in perfect condition. Any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to the SoNailicious Boutique (“the Boutique”) postal address or if you provide sufficient photographic evidence. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
Please note due to patent and copyright reasons as well expensive wholesale order's handling and shipping, no returns or refunds on SoNailicious range of products available. All wholesales orders are carefully checked and packed, to ensure each item arrives to you in perfect condition.
However, if there are faulty items, they will be replaced at no extra cost if you provide sufficient photographic evidence.
