Returns & Refunds

DAMAGED GOODS

We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive in perfect condition. Any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to the SoNailicious Boutique (“the Boutique”) postal address or if you provide sufficient photographic evidence. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

EASY RETURNS

  • Jewellery, Nail Art Tools & Stickers
  • To return your item please make sure the following conditions are met:
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, used or altered.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Some items from the Boutique ship with an attached security tag.
  • Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may not qualify for a refund.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.

Nail Polish

Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges on nail polishes will be accepted unless faulty.

How To Return

To qualify for refund, your return must arrive at the Boutique within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 10 - 14 business days transit time.

  1. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
  2. Affix the return shipping label included in your order to your package/envelope.
  3. Post your package back to the Boutique via Registered Post (with a tracking number).
  4. Email to info @ sonailiciousboutique.com stating the number of your order, the reason for return and your package tracking number.
  5. Please keep your postage receipt for your records and tracking.
  6. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

REFUNDS

Once a return for refund has been received you will receive an email. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Your money will be refunded to your PayPal account or Credit Card you used to purchase the item.

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?

The most efficient way to process an exchange is to simply reorder the correct product. Once we receive your return, your account will be credited accordingly.

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. You'll get the right size or colour fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we will refund you the money.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Faulty items must be reported within 7 business days following delivery. Please email us at info @ sonailiciousboutique.com to report a faulty item. Any faulty items will be replaced at no extra cost if you provide sufficient photographic evidence.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping for refunds, and in the case of an exchange the cost of shipping the new item to you. The cost of shipping for exchanges (plus or minus and difference in the product prices) will be requested from your PayPal account.
