Express - if you want to receive your order quickly and be able to track.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Please note that due to COVID-19 Australia Post has changed their rates for small packages and as such our shipping rates has changed as following:

All stickers, books, foils and tapes are still shipped as 'lightweight' - from $3.99.
Brushes, rhinestones, glitters and all nail art tools now can only be shipped as a parcel with Tracking or Express - from $16.99.
To minimize shipping costs simply bring your order value up to AUD $79 or USD $99 and receive free shipping.
Purchase only 'lightweight' products that qualify for the lowest shipping rate and remove from your shopping cart any bulky products (studs, rhinestones, etc) that can increase shipping costs.
Domestic shipping rates (within Australia) remain the same.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES*

Australia - all orders normally arrive within 3 - 5 business days
New Zealand - all orders normally arrive within 5 - 10 business days
International - 10 - 14 business days
Russia, Brazil, Italy & former USSR Countries - 20 - 40 days. There can be a delay in shipping due to customs.

*DELAYS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO COVID-19 as below:

Currently Australia Post is experiencing delays of 2 - 5 business days depending on the location.
Shipping to USA, Canada, UK and Asia has improved as of 25/10/2021. All packages are now transported by air and take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Some international packages shipped as 'lightweight' are transported via Sea Mail and take over 2 months to arrive.

Please note that unfortunately, sometimes the SoNailicious Boutique may not be able to achieve the delivery times outlined above. We have no control over customs and once a package leaves our boutique, we can’t guarantee that it will arrive within the post office’s suggested timeline. The timelines suggested above are only standard Australia Post guidelines.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm ET will be processed and shipped that day (excluding weekends and Holidays). We currently do not offer Saturday and Sunday delivery.

If you select shipping option 'With Tracking' at checkout you can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via Australia Post:

Find the Australia Post tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address at time of ordering. Parcels returned due to incorrect shipping information will incur additional shipping charges to be resent. Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products are required by law to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. Due to this requirement all international orders containing nail polish are sent via sea mail only.
